The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

K.J. Leonard rode Esticky End (reserve) trained by Tom McGuinness (Race 8)

375B Christmas Party Nights Apprentice H'cap

S.A. Wallace, rider of Plastic Paddy (GB), trained by Tom McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled leaving the stalls.

375C1 Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident approximately two furlongs from home involving Daring Grace (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Girl Is On Fire (GB), ridden by W.M. Lordan, and Sagasti, ridden by R.P. Cleary, where it appeared Girl Is On Fire ended up on heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs from home involving Liberation Date (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, Daring Grace (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, and Gold Inn, ridden by N.M. Crosse where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that it got tight but his mount was weakening at the time. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount lugged a little right but he felt he was clear at the time. D.P. McDonogh stated that he didn't contribute to the incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found L.T. McAteer was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly by failing to take reasonable steps to avoid causing interference. Having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Daring Grace (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the straight.

375C2 Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Falcon Queen, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen early on.

J. Pietropaolo, rider of Double Clutching, trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran free throughout and clipped a heel in the backstraight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the furlong pole where it appeared Mehman, ridden by J.M. Sheridan got tight for room momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

W.J. Lee, rider of Germanese, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount dived at the gate while the horses were still loading.
